Global Chat connects multiple Discord servers through a single shared channel, enabling users to communicate across servers in real time. This service is designed to foster community interaction and enhance collaboration between users on different Discord servers.

  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.
  • You are not barred from using the services under applicable laws.

4. User Conduct

As a user of Global Chat, you agree to:

  • Use the service for lawful purposes only.
  • Refrain from posting content that is harmful, illegal, offensive, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.
  • Comply with the community guidelines of each server connected through Global Chat.
  • Not engage in activities that may harm or disrupt the service or the experience of other users.

Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Global Chat service.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

  • Discord Messages: Any content shared via the Global Chat channel, including text, images, and files.
  • Server Information: Data about the Discord servers connected to Global Chat.

6. Use of Collected Data

  • Messages and data shared through Global Chat are used only for moderation purposes, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and the safety of users.
  • We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
  • Your messages are stored solely on Discord’s servers, and Global Development does not transfer or store this data on our own servers.

7. Data Security

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.
  • Messages transmitted through Global Chat are stored and managed by Discord. As such, the security and retention of messages are governed by Discord’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights related to Global Development services, including the Global Chat bot, are owned by Global Development or its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Global Chat bot solely for its intended purpose.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the bot unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

9. Termination of Service

Global Development reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Global Chat for any user who:

  • Violates these Terms of Service.
  • Engages in harmful, disruptive, or illegal activities.
  • Misuses the service or its functionalities.

We may also terminate or suspend the service entirely at our discretion, with or without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Global Development is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Global Chat. By using the service, you agree that the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. If changes are made, we will notify users by posting the updated terms and revising the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review the TOS periodically for updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from the use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Switzerland.
